This is the lovely tea plate in the Kabul pattern from the Churchill Ports of Call range. 

Churchill have produced a large range of patterns in Jeff Banks' Ports of Call range. Amongst the most popular of these was the Kabul pattern. Items are now becoming more difficult to obtain in this range.
