Denby Pottery's Country Cuisine is a bold 70s design, with angular shapes and contrasting shades of brown.  The cream jug is a fantastic example of the range. 

It stands approximately 3.75" tall with a 2.5" diameter.  Unfortunately, this piece has some minor firing flaws around darker brown portion of the piece and is believed to be a minor second, hence the low price.  It is otherwise in excellent condition.
