Very useful lidded casserole/serving dishes in the long discontinued pattern of Manor Green, manufactured by Denby Pottery. The bases of these dishes have a diameter across the top of approximately seven and a half inches and stand just under three inches deep. They have a stated capacity of 1.75 pints. They are in very good condition.

Manor Green was initially produced by Denby Pottery before the Second World War but was then discontinued because of war time restrictions, and reintroduced in 1953. Its production continued for many years and it has become one of the classic, and most commonly recognised of Denby tablewares.
