This is the small 1 pint coffee pot or hot water pot in the Chevron pattern, manufactured by Denby Pottery. Unfortunately, this item is missing it's lid and is sold as a spare pot base. 

Chevron was designed by Gill Pemberton in the early 1960's. At its time it was quite an innovative design and a challenge in both design and manufacture. However it became very popular and was produced and sold in large quantities.
