This is a butter dish lid from Denby Pottery in their Imperial Blue range. This is the squarer shape with a handle on the lid (not the flat box shape).

This piece is missing it's base and is sold as a spare top.

The Imperial Blue range is still in production at the time of writing but many of the earlier shapes and pieces have been discontinued.
