This is the very useful and very scarce large rimmed bowl, or pasta bowl, in the discontinued pattern of Marrakesh, manufactured by Denby Pottery. 

Marrakesh has not been manufactured by Denby Pottery for some while now, so pieces are becoming very difficult to obtain in such excellent condition.
