This is the lovely footed tea cup from Denby Pottery in the Castile pattern produced in the UK. 

Castile, part of Denby Pottery’s Renaissance Collection was first issued in 1975. It was released at the same time as the brown Seville and green Venice designs. Castile, the blue variant, proved to be the most popular.
