Early open sugar bowls in Denby Pottery in the Cottage Blue design. These bowls have a diameter across the top of approximately 3.5" and they stand approximately 2.25" tall. They are in very good condition.

Denby first produced Cottage Blue in the 1920's, and continued making it for several decades. The distinctive blue colouring has made it one of Denby's most readily recognizable ranges, and it remains very popular to this day, but has become increasingly difficult to obtain in such good condition.
