This is the straight sided mug with a "D" shaped handle in Encore from Denby Pottery. There was another version of this mug with a swan neck shaped handle.

Encore is a very popular range, but has now been discontinued by Denby Pottery for many years. It has now become very difficult to obtain in such good condition.
