 This is the smaller quiche or flan dish in the Maplewood pattern, manufactured by Denby Pottery. 

Maplewood was introduced in the late 1980's as part of the Sherwood Collection (strangely enough the "Sherwood" pattern was not part of that collection). Although popular, the Maplewood pattern did not run for many years and has now become quite scarce. Grab your replacements when you see they are in stock.
