The much sought after May mugs from the range of Love Mugs produced by Hornsea Pottery.These May mugs are just under 3.25 inches tall and have a diameter across the top of approximately 3.25 inches. They are in excellent condition.

These Love Mugs were produced by Hornsea Pottery between 1976 and 1981 so it is not surprising that they have now become so difficult to obtain in good condition. They were manufactured as a range of 12 mugs, one for each month of the year. In the UK they were known as "Love Mugs" but in the USA  they were known as "Young Lovers Mugs". The range have now become highly collectable.
