Hornsea Pottery Yeovil Tea Pot

 A very attractive and scarce tea pot in the Yeovil pattern which was produced by Hornsea Pottery. This Yeovil tea pot stands approximately 7.5" tall. On close inspection we have discovered a minor firing flaw on the underside of the lid, on the piece that fits inside the pot. The flaw is glazed over so we are confident that this is a manufacturing flaw rather than post manufacture damage. Please see the photograph to see how insignificant this defect is.  We have adjusted the price accordingly.

The very distinctive Yeovil pattern was a very popular range when produced by Hornsea Pottery. However, the manufacture of this pattern was discontinued many years ago, and sadly Hornsea Pottery is no longer in business. This is one of the patterns that we have great difficulty in obtaining, so do not miss the opportunity to purchase such lovely items.
