Hornsea Pottery Zodiac Mug, Cancer
The Cancer mug from the range of Zodiac Mugs produced by Hornsea Pottery in about 1970. This  mug stands just under 3.25 inches tall and has a diameter across the top of approximately 3.25 inches. It is in excellent condition.

These Zodiac Mugs were produced by Hornsea Pottery in about 1970 so it is not surprising that they have now become so difficult to obtain in good condition. They were manufactured as a range of 12 mugs, one for sign of the Zodiac. The relevant sign of the Zodiac was printed on the back and front of the mug in gold on the black background.
