This is the tea plate from the discontinued tableware range of Ashberry, sold by Marks and Spencer. 

Ashberry was produced exclusively for Marks and Spencer by Royal Doulton. However, now that production has ceased, these items are becoming increasingly difficult to obtain. Stock up, while quality items are still available.
