This is the tea cup in the Felsham pattern from Marks and Spencer. 

Marks and Spencer discontinued sales of Felsham several years ago. The pattern had been manufactured for them my Royal Doulton, and is now much sought after. We seldom seem to be able to find items of this pattern, and are delighted to be able to offer a small selection in such excellent condition.
