This is the tea plate in the Millbrook pattern, from Marks and Spencer. It is the smallest size of the plates in this design.

Marks and Spencer discontinued sales of Millbrook several years ago. The pattern was manufactured for them by Royal Doulton, was sold under the St Michael brand, and is now much sought after.
