This is a lovely tea saucer intended to accompany the standard tea cup in the Noritake Blue Hill design (pattern code 2482). 

Noritake have been a prolific manufacturer of tableware patterns since the early part of the twentieth century. Blue Hill is one of the many patterns that were produced and sold in very large quantities, but whose production has now been discontinued.
