This is the cereal or soup bowl, sometimes called an oatmeal bowl, in the Belinda pattern, produced by Paragon (and later Royal Albert). 

Belinda has not been manufactured for many years and has become very difficult to obtain in excellent condition. Do not miss the opportunity to purchase these lovely items.
