This is the striking coffee pot in the discontinued tableware range of Broadstone, produced by Poole Pottery. Sadly this piece is missing it's lid and is sold as a spare base.

Poole produced a coffee pot and two sizes of tea pot in very similar shapes, but varying heights. The lids of all three pots  are usually interchangeable.
