This is the very scarce dinner plate in the Choisya pattern from Poole Pottery in the Compact shape.. 

Poole Pottery produced a number of different coloured patterns in the Compact shape. Choisya was the green version, named, we believe,  after a Canadian shrub. Other versions included Chestnut (brown), Charcoal (Dark Grey/Black) and Azure (Blue).
