Poole Pottery Choisya Lug Handled Soup Bowls

Very elegant lug handled soup bowls in the Choisya pattern from Poole Pottery. These Choisya bowls measure approximately six and three quarter inches from the outside of one lug handle to the outside of the opposite lug handle. These Choisya items are in excellent condition.

Poole Pottery produced a number of different coloured patterns in the Compact style. Choisya was the green version, named, we believe,  after a Canadian shrub. Other versions included Chestnut (brown), Charcoal (Dark Grey/Black) and Azure (Blue).
