This is the Ice Green & Mushroom lidded sugar, manufactured by Poole Pottery. Unfortunately, this piece is missing it's lid as is sold as a spare base. 

Poole Pottery produced many colour variations in their Twintone ranges, but the Ice Green and Seagull, and the Ice Green and Mushroom were amongst the most popular. However, Ice Green has not now been produced for many years and items are becoming very difficult to obtain in such excellent condition.
