This is the Ice Green & Seagull cucumber dish, manufactured by Poole Pottery. These dishes are ice green inside and seagull on the underside. Sometimes items are found with the colouring reversed ie seagull on top and ice green on the underside. 

Poole Pottery produced many colour variations in their Twintone ranges, but the Ice Green and Seagull, and the Ice Green and Mushroom were amongst the most popular. However, Ice Green has not now been produced for many years and items are becoming very difficult to obtain in such excellent condition.
