A beautiful Poole Pottery stoneware sculpture of a fox, designe to be used as a paperweight. The inside of the fox was usually filled to provide additional weight. It measures approximately 3.75" across the base and stands approximately 2.75" high. It is in very good condition. Please see the photographs to view the back stamp on the base.

Poole ceased producing this stoneware range several years ago. The stoneware style has now become very much sought after by Poole Pottery collectors. As a result, the prices have soared in recent years and items are becoming very difficult to obtain in such good condition.
