This is a striking dinner plate in the very scarce Terracotta range, designed for Poole Pottery by Rachael Barker. This is the yellow version.

This is one of the very distinctive ranges from Poole where they have deliberately used bristle marking as a feature of the plates decor. The degree of brush marking varies considerably from plate to plate.

The Terracotta range had a relatively short production run and as a result it has now become very difficult to obtain in such excellent condition. Top up this sumptuous tableware pattern while we are still able to obtain such fine examples.
