This is the very hard to find breakfast cup in the Wimborne pattern produced by Poole Pottery. Breakfast cups were not produced in such large quantities as the standard sized tea cups and we are seldom able to offer them to clients.
The Wimborne range was produced by Poole Pottery in the "Compact" shape (as per Chestnut, Choisya, Azure, Parkstone, Broadstone etc) and is now seldom seen. The original production run was shorter than that of some of its contemporaries.
