This is the cake plate. sometimes called an eared serving plate in the long since retired Royal Doulton Larchmont pattern (pattern code TC1019). 

It is now many years since Royal Doulton ceased production of Larchmont and items have now become very difficult to obtain in good condition. Do not put off purchasing these items. Once sold, we do not know how long it will take us to replenish our stock.
