This is the gravy saucer or underplate for the gravy jug or gravy boat, in the discontinued Royal Doulton Larchmont design (pattern code TC1019). 

It is now many years since Royal Doulton ceased production of Larchmont and items have now become very difficult to obtain in good condition. Do not put of purchasing these items. Once sold, we do not know how long it will take us to replenish our stock.
