This is the lovely starter/dessert plate in the Tiverton pattern manufactured by Royal Doulton. It is sometimes referred to as a breakfast or salad plate and is the middle size plate in this design.

It is now many years since Royal Doulton ceased the production of Tiverton and we seldom manage to obtain items of this pattern in sufficiently good condition to be able to offer them to our clients.
