This is the scarce open oval serving dish in the Johnson Brothers discontinued range of Eternal Beau. 

Eternal Beau is a readily recognized shape (octagonal plates and saucers) and pattern was sold in enormous quantities, and although production has ceased, the popularity seems to go on and on.

Never be caught out by not having enough saucers again. Buy extras or replacements while they are still available.
