Poole Pottery Chestnut Vegetable Serving Dishes (Without Lids)

Very useful serving dishes in the "Chestnut" pattern, manufactured by Poole Pottery. These dishes have a diameter across the top  of approximately eight and three quarter inches and they are approximately three inches tall.  They are in excellent condition but do not have lids. 

Poole Pottery produced quite a few different patterns in the "Compact" range, and Chestnut was one of the more popular colour styles in that range. It was first produced in the mid 1960's and although it was produced and sold in large quantities, its production was curtailed many years ago.
