Poole Pottery Choisya Coffee Pot, 3 Pints (Flat Lid)

This is an elegant coffee pot in the Choisya pattern from Poole Pottery. This is the earlier version of the coffee pots manufactured by Poole Pottery in the Choisya range. This pot has a flat lid without a knob on top. The lids for the later coffee pots were more rounded and did have a knob on the top. The lids are not interchangeable between the two shapes of pot.

Poole Pottery produced a number of different coloured patterns in the Compact style. Choisya was the green version, named, we believe,  after a Canadian shrub. Other versions included Chestnut (brown), Charcoal (Dark Grey/Black) and Azure (Blue).
