This is the 7" tea plate in the ever popular Desert Song range from Poole Pottery. 

The Desert Song patterning was designed for Poole Pottery by Pat Summers and was applied to the Contour shaped tableware designed by Robert Jefferson. It was first issued in the 1960's and has now been long discontinued. It is now rarely seen.
