 POOLE POTTERY LUCULLUS OPEN SERVING DISHES

Very attractive and scarce serving dishes from the Lucullus range produced by Poole Pottery. These dishes measure approximately twelve and a half inches long by ten and a quarter inches wide by two and a quarter inches deep.

Lucullus was an enhanced design of the popular Blue Moon pattern produced by Poole Pottery. It was introduced in 1962 but sold in much smaller numbers than the Blue Moon range, and has hence become quite difficult to find in good condition. It was used on serving ware only. 

Many purchasers used these very attractive serving dishes in combination with the standard Blue Moon design.
