Poole Pottery Melbury Lasagne/Serving Dish

A very attractive and hard to find rectangular lasagne or serving dish from Poole Pottery in the Melbury pattern. The dish measures approximately ten inches by eight inches and this Melbury item is in excellent condition.

Melbury was produced on the "Compact" shape and involved an attractive transfer pattern being added to the plain  "Lakestone" range. For this reason many of our clients now mix and match the two patterns to great effect. Melbury was not produced in such large numbers as some of the other Compact ranges and is therefore quite difficult to obtan in good condition. This is even more true of specialist Melbury serving items such as this.
