Poole Pottery Hand Painted Jam Pot (No Lid) in the KP Sprig Pattern

A vertically sided jam pot hand painted in the traditional style from Poole Pottery. Unfortunately we do not have the lid for this item. The pot is in the Sprig version of the "KP" pattern. The base stands approximately 2.75" tall . From the marks on the base we believe that the pot was manufactured between 1959 and 1967. However, we make no claim to expertise in deciphering these marks, so we have added a supplementary photograph of the marks so that you may make up your own mind.  Please view the photographs to see the manufacturer's and painters marks on the base. This beautifully decorated pot is in very good condition.

These hand painted items are now becoming very difficult to find in good condition. Enjoy owning such a lovely item and give it pride of place in your display.
