An eye catching mug from Poole Pottery in the traditional hand painted style. This item stands just over 4" tall and has a diameter across the top of approximately  3.25".It is in very good condition. The back stamp indicates that the mug was produced between 1952 and 1955. The paintress's mark appears to be that of Sheila Jenkins who worked at the factory between 1949 and 1961. Please view the photographs of the backstamp and painter's mark on the base of the mug.
